“girl loves dog”
A tender moment between best friends, captured in bold simplicity. This piece celebrates the pure bond between a woman and her loyal companion, where love needs no words. Created for the Pet Project Foundation's 2025 Gala, this work honors the animals who touch our hearts and the humans who care for them.
“My Girls.”
Some art comes from the eye. Some comes from the heart. This piece holds both, capturing the quiet bond between my wife Kelly and our Jack Russell, Jill. Their connection is effortless and grounding, a reminder of what love looks like in its simplest form. And while the Porsche rests quietly in the background, it carries a subtle nod to another constant presence in my life, framing the moment rather than competing with it.
Creating art for charity feels different than painting for collectors. There is no pressure to sell, no need to impress. Only emotion, distilled into line and contrast, offered in the hope that someone else sees the love behind it. The Pet Project Foundation understands what these animals mean to us, and I’m honored this piece can help support their mission.
Sometimes the most personal work finds its way exactly where it belongs.
